To add routes through a CSV, click the UPLOAD ADDRESS and download the sample CSV file. Fill in the fields and upload by clicking UPLOAD FILES.
After adding a bus route you can also add a route address.

If you exceed your subscription bus limit you can easily upgrade your account to add more buses.
Your trial session is set for the Fall 2020 school year. After August 2020 your subscription payment will automatically be drafted every month.
If you would not like to continue your subscription, please contact us through the support form on your account or follow the steps under HOW TO DISCONTINUE SERVICE.
If you would like to discontinue your subscription, navigate to the “Account” section and click UNSUBSCRIBE.
Once your account is disabled you will no longer have access to your account. To resubscribe, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Once a driver is added to the Bus Kids Safe system, an email with user login credentials will be sent to the driver email address provided.
You can submit queries and receive support from your school’s transportation department by filling out the support form. The support form can be found under the support option in the main navigation menu.
Once your child’s bus driver begins a route, you will receive push notifications and can check the live location of the bus by logging into the app.
